He created a false story of three assailants coming into the house to mislead the police. The son had a dispute with a young man a few days ago. She wanted to take advantage of that. The police has revealed the case in just 6 hours.
ASP Zone-2 Rajesh Singh Bhadoria told that 35-year-old Virendra lived in BDA Colony Avadhpuri. He was murdered outside the house at around 9.30 am on Tuesday morning. An iron rod was struck on his head. During questioning, the stepmother of the deceased told that three people had come. They had rods and poles. They started quarreling with him.
At first, there was a quarrel between them, after a while Kahaani turned into a fight. Virendra`s head attacked with an iron rod and escaped from there. Upon shouting at the woman, family members ran away to help her but the accused could not be apprehended. The police also reached the spot as soon as the information was received after the incident, but by then Virender had died. Police sent the body for postmortem.
During interrogation, the woman said that her step-son does not do any work. She was upset with him. He stared at her wrongly. He used to beat her up when her husband was not there. That is why she got upset. In the morning he was sitting outside the house. Meanwhile, coming back from behind hit the rod in his head. After that started shouting.
Bhadoria told that Virendra had a dispute with some people a few days ago. The woman knew this. So he told the police about it too. He hoped that the police would register a case against him and arrest him.
On this basis, the police started searching for the woman`s suspected suspect. Shortly afterwards he was found walking by the police. During the interrogation, his words turned out to be correct. In such a situation, the police was suspicious of the statements of the woman as no one saw anyone coming and going there during the incident. When the police strictly asked the woman, she confessed her crime.
