In what can be said as a positive approach towards the LGBTQ community, in India, many states have started taking initiatives to help LGBTQ communities to overcome their problems in society.

As part of this movement towards change, the Bhopal government have taken their first step towards equality by providing Identity Cards for the third genders.

This initiative is certainly commendable and is a stepping stone towards building their identity.
