Yoga single panacea for all body problems: CM

Keeping the body healthy, staying healthy, is necessary to achieve every goal. If there is any panacea to keep the body healthy, it is yoga. International Yoga Day is on June 21. We have to do yoga on Yoga Day and take a resolution that we will do yoga every day. Chouhan appealed to the people of the state that do yoga on the International Yoga Day, besides include the yoga in your daily life, make the body healthy, fit, hale and hearty.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that ‘Shariram Madhyam Khaludharm Sadhanam’, that body is the medium to follow all religions. The first pleasure is a healthy body. Keeping the body healthy, staying healthy, is necessary to achieve every goal. If there is any panacea to keep the body healthy, it is yoga. Chouhan said this in a message issued to the people of the State on the topic of Wellness and Spiritual Tourism on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Chouhan said that if we do yoga and pranayama continuously, the body becomes healthy, the intellect becomes sharp and we go on becoming capable. Yoga is thousands of years old method. Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dhyana, Dharana, Samadhi are its parts. Even if we do not talk about Ashtanga Yoga, then at least do Yogasan and Pranayama daily. Chouhan said that due to the initiative of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the world is now taking advantage of yoga. International Yoga Day is on June 21. We have to do yoga on Yoga Day and take a resolution that we will do yoga every day. The Chief Minister said that I do yoga, pranayama, yogasan and surya-namaskar. Therefore, I work up to 18 hours. I was hit by corona but it only touched me. Because I used to do pranayama and yoga. Yoga, pranayama strengthen body’s disease resistance power. So there was no serious infection. Would not you like to make your body free from diseases through yoga? Chouhan appealed to the people of the state that do yoga on the International Yoga Day, besides include the yoga in your daily life, make the body healthy, fit, hale and hearty. Chouhan said that our body is a reservoir of eternal powers. It is necessary to save these powers and take them to the right direction. Yoga is the most effective medium for this. Do yoga every day, stay healthy and happy.
