Madhya Pradesh BJP to celebrate Amit Shah’s 3-day visit, says Nandkumar Singh

"We have made elaborate arrangements for the meetings and interaction and renovated the state office to give a traditional look. Other leaders and workers will not be allowed to enter the party premises till his stay, said BJP leaders. BHOPAL: BJP president Amit Shah will be given a grand welcome on this arrival on three-day visit to Bhopal. "The BJP national president will be on a three-day visit to the state capital and state organisation would celebrate his visit as a `party festival'. Party state president Nandkumar Singh Chauhan said that Shah's arrival is like a 'festival' for the state unit as he will reach ahead of his schedule on the evening of August 17 and hold meetings with party leaders as per the prior schedule.

Party state president Nandkumar Singh Chauhan said that Shah's arrival is like a 'festival' for the state unit as he will reach ahead of his schedule on the evening of August 17 and hold meetings with party leaders as per the prior schedule."The BJP national president will be on a three-day visit to the state capital and state organisation would celebrate his visit as a `party festival'. On August 18, BJP will organise a big rally to welcome its leader. This is for the first time that a party head will stay in the state office for three days to strengthen and streamline the organisation'', said Nandkumar Singh while talking to reporters on Wednesday.He further said that during his stay, Shah will interact with the party's core group members, office-bearers, frontal organisation leaders, members of the state cabinet, MPs and MLAs, among others."We have made elaborate arrangements for the meetings and interaction and renovated the state office to give a traditional look. The party has also decorated the entire route from airport to BJP office to welcome the president.Shah will unveil the statue of Jan Sangh founder Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and pay his respect to Raja Bhoj statue too. He will begin his first meeting at the party office at 10.30 am sharp'', said Nandkumar Singh.Shah is also scheduled to address a meeting of intellectuals and release a book penned by senior BJP leader Kailash Narayan Sarang during his stay. He will also address meritorious students, hold lunch and dinner parties with selected groups including saints, litterateurs, social workers and journalists, said Nandkumar Singh.The party has fortified the state office in view of high security given to the party head. Shah will meet selected leaders who have been invited by the state unit. Other leaders and workers will not be allowed to enter the party premises till his stay, said BJP leaders.
