40-year-old gang raped by four near Obaidulla Ganj railway station in Bhopal

BHOPAL: A fortnight after a student was gang-raped near railway tracks close to Habibganj police station; a 40-year old woman was gang-raped by four unidentified persons near Obaidulla Ganj railway station.Obaidulla Ganj railway station also comes under Habibganj GRP police station and is situated at a distance of 30 kilometres from state capital.The incident took place on November 18, but the survivor complained on November 20. They too arrived in a jeep, and all four unidentified accused rape her between 6-10 pm," Habibganj GRP police station incharge, B L Sen told TOI. "We have rounded up the guard and launched a hunt to nab the accused," Sen said. "As per the complaint, the survivor who is originally a resident of Betul district and currently residing in Budhni, Sehore, was waiting for taking a train to Budhni on November 18, when an acquaintance of her, a guard named Gyasiram, asked her to go to Budhni on a motorcycle of a youth and she agreed.
