The duo was separated when Sharma was castled by Harshat for 43 runs. Taranveer, though, kept the one end up and stitched some useful partnerships with Akashdeep Singh (21) and Mukesh Kumar (28) down the order to help the side score 219 runs in reply to Chandigarh’s first innings total of 264. Taranveer remained unbeaten on 82. Harshat was the most successful bowler for the hosts, claiming 4/66. Chandigarh secured three points from the match, while Amritsar got one point. Kunwarjeet shines for Mohali At IS Bindra PCA Stadium in Mohali, Kunwarjeet scored a strokeful 137 to help the hosts gain a vital 104-run lead over Kapurthala and add three points to their tally. Their resistance was led by opener Manjinder Singh, who scored an unbeaten 100 off 151 balls. 3 points for Patiala Pukhraj Mann, meanwhile, scored a big hundred to help visitors Patiala take a 10-run lead over Jalandhar at the Burlton Park and secure three points for the side.
