Thereafter, a GRP team reached the spot and took the body into custody. On the statement of victim’s family members, the police completed the proceedings under Section 174 of the CrPC and handed over the body to the family. The police said investigations were on. OC Man hangs himself to death Mohali: A 24-year-old daily wager committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence here on Wednesday night. The deceased has been identified as Vijay Kumar. He is survived by his wife and a child. No suicide note was found near the body. The reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained. In the elections, Rajpal Khullar was unanimously elected as the president. The elections were conducted by Dr Avnish Kumar, Director, Medical Education and Research, Punjab.
