Cut-off for BA (Hons) crosses 90%

Officials said the School of Social Sciences was established from academic year 2012-13. Officials at the university said 578 applications were received for the course on the university website. Officials at the university said 578 applications were received for the course on the university website. Officials said the School of Social Sciences was established from academic year 2012-13. According to Head of the Department, DK Madaan: “The course work at the department is specially designed to teach application part of the theory and includes syllabi of civil services (IAS/PCS) and other competitive examinations.” He further added, “The students are choosing social sciences to prepare for competitive examinations and for teaching and research in social sciences. A good number of students are shifting here from other disciplines. The course is helpful for grooming of rural students.”—TNS
