Driver held guilty of molesting minor boy

CHANDIGARH: The Chandigarh district court held Amrik Singh, a cab driver , guilty of molesting a boy under sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. The boy alleged that the driver kept placing his hand on his thigh inappropriately. The quantum of sentence would be pronounced on Saturday.According to the police complaint, on August 21, 2017, the boy was returning home from Sector 11 in Amrik Singh's cab. He said that driver refused to take no for an answer.
