Two proclaimed offenders caught

The police said a PO, identified as Davinder, a resident of Sector 40, had been putting up at Phase XI in Mohali and was apprehended on July 17. They said Davinder was declared a PO in a cheating case registered at the Sector 17 police station in 2008. He was declared a PO in a case of rash driving registered at the Industrial Area police station in October 2014. Meanwhile, another PO, identified as Shalu, a resident of Sector 56, who is an accused in a case of theft and was declared a PO in April this year, surrendered before the local court today.

They said Davinder was declared a PO in a cheating case registered at the Sector 17 police station in 2008. The PO cell arrested Narinder Kumar of Kishangarh village today. He was declared a PO in a case of rash driving registered at the Industrial Area police station in October 2014. Meanwhile, another PO, identified as Shalu, a resident of Sector 56, who is an accused in a case of theft and was declared a PO in April this year, surrendered before the local court today.
