Tribune News ServiceChandigarh, July 19The State Tobacco Cell of the UT Health Department, along with the police, made a surprise visit to various hotels and restaurants in Sector 7 and Sector 28 here today. The checking was conducted under the provisions of the Cigarette and Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulations of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003. A total of 18 challans were issued against the management found violating the provisions of the Act.
