One arrested for murder attempt

Chandigarh, August 18The local police have arrested a person in a case of attempt to murder. Complainant Linkan, a resident of Sector 25, alleged that Sumit alias Danger attacked him and his friends identified as Prine and Arun, with a sharp weapon near a park in Dadu Majra village on August 17. They were admitted to the GMSH-16. A case was registered at the Maloya police station. Later, the police arrested the suspect.
