Army man from Ambala dies in Guwahati

Tribune News ServiceAMBALA, OCTOBER 22Capt Inderjeet Singh of the Army’s 22 Mahar Regiment died in Guwahati, where he was posted, on Monday, the Army said here today. The 32-year-old Army man suffered septic shock with multi-organ disorders, officials said. He is survived by wife Harmeet Kaur (30) and son Ishmeet Singh (6). His body is being flown to his native Babyal village in this district where his cremation will take place tomorrow morning. Singh was born on November 23, 1986 and was commissioned in the Indian Army as Captain on June 10, 2017.

Earlier, he served as sepoy in the pre-commission service from April 29, 2006, to July 2, 2016.
