College buses set on fire

Mohali, November 11The police booked unidentified persons after three buses of Shaheed Udham Singh College of Engineering and Technology, Tangori, were set on fire here yesterday night. The police said the buses were parked in the parking lot of the college premises when the incident took place. “Two buses have been burnt completely, while the third one got damaged partially in the fire,” the police said. After receiving a complaint from the college management, the police registered a case under Sections 336 and 435 of the IPC against unidentified persons at the Sohana police station. We are investigating the matter,” they said.
