1 booked for snatching mobile

Our CorrespondentDera Bassi, November 11A youth fled after snatching a mobile phone from a man at his shop here today. The victim approached the Dera Bassi police following which a case was registered. The victim, Ishwar Chand Gupta, runs a provisional store at Dera Bassi. He told the police that on Monday around 11.30 am, a youth came at his shop to buy something and snatched his mobile phone from him and fled from the spot. The police also procured the CCTV footage of the area in which a youth was seen coming out of the shop.

The police also procured the CCTV footage of the area in which a youth was seen coming out of the shop. An investigation has been initiated into the incident.
