2,734 candidates appear for HTET

Tribune News ServicePanchkula, November 17As many as 2,734 aspirants appeared for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) — PRT, TGT and PGT — conducted by the Board of School Education (Bhiwani) in Panchkula today. Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Kumar Ahuja said the administration had deployed police and other government officials. Even CCTV cameras and jammers were installed for smooth conduct of the exam. Section 144 of the CrPC was imposed within 200 metre of examination centres. The DC had inspected the examination centres at Hansraj Public School, Sector 6; DC Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 7; and Moti Ram Arya School, Sector 7.
