Chandigarh admin relaxes 14 day mandatory home-quarantine restriction

UT Adviser Manoj Parida issued the orders on Friday in view the orders issued by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs on August 29 and adopted by the UT Administration on August 31.

People visiting Chandigarh will not have to go through the mandatory home-quarantine for 14 days as was required till now.

The UT Administration has withdrawn the earlier instructions mandating self-home quarantine for all visitors from outside the tricity for 14 days and mandatory registration as per the order dated June 23.
