100 units of blood collected at camp

Fatehgarh Sahib March 7The local unit of the Bharat Vikas Parishad Sirhind organised a blood donation camp at Ashoka School Sirhind complex here today. A team of doctors from the Civil Hospital Fatehgarh Sahib collected approximately 100 units of blood. Puran Sehgal and Nitin Sood president of Bharat Vikas Parishad said: “Every drop of blood is precious. Blood is a natural gift from God and it can only be collected through donation”. They called upon people to come forward to donate blood.
