Mohali April 14Top seed Sidhak Kaur eased into the girls' U-14 semifinals in the ongoing Roots-AITA CS (7) U-14 National Ranking Championship with a comfortable 6-2 6-4 win over Mehakpreet Kaur here today. Akshita had an easy outing against Ekam Kaur winning the quarterfinal tie 6-2 6-2. In the boys' U-14 quarterfinals Akshat Dhull defeated Divyam Sharma 6-2 6-2 while second seed Umang Singh Cogi packed off Rian Rattan 6-2 6-1. Harwin Singh registered 6-2 6-1 win over Prabhav Sibbal. Parth Sharma moved into the semis with a 6-2 6-2 win over Advit Tiwari.
