Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has made robust preparations to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply and swift complaint resolution during the peak summer and paddy season. To strengthen real-time monitoring and rapid response, PSPCL has set up dedicated control rooms at every zonal level and a central control room at its Patiala head office, said Punjab Power Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO on Friday.   These measures are part of the state governments proactive, people-first approach under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, he said.   To further empower consumers, PSPCL has streamlined multiple complaint and information channels. Consumers can register supply or billing issues via the PSPCL Mobile App, call or SMS the 24x7 helpline 1912, give a missed call on 1800-180-1512, or use WhatsApp at 96461-01912.   The mobile app offers a one-stop solution for electricity needs — viewing and paying bills, monitoring consumption, registering outages, and receiving real-time alerts, said the Minister. Consumers can simply text No Supply to 1912 to auto-register outage complaints. Unresolved grievances can be escalated through the app or helpline.   Zone-wise control rooms have also been activated for direct assistance. The Minister urged the citizens to utilize these tools and assured that all efforts are in place to provide seamless, round-the-clock electricity across Punjab. These steps reflect PSPCLs unwavering commitment to reliable power and responsive service, he said.
