Punjab BJP president Sunil Jakhar on Sunday launched a fierce attack on the Bhagwant Mann-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government, calling it nothing short of an official Ponzi scheme. Accusing the State Government of deceiving farmers and looting Punjabs resources, Jakhar said: What Arvind Kejriwals Delhi team has done is convert Punjab not just into an ATM, but an entire bank. Theyre siphoning off Punjabs blood and sweat to Delhi.   Jakhar slammed the land pooling policy, terming it a calculated scam to mislead farmers with inflated land valuation claims. They say an acre worth Rs 1.5 crore is now worth Rs seven crore. But if the government has notified your land, can you even sell it anymore? This is not development — its a trap, he said.   He warned farmers not to fall for the Deputy CM bait, taking a veiled dig at Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema. The government is pushing people to sign away their land in the name of progress. This is orchestrated loot, he said.   Referring to former IPS officer and AAP MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, Jakhar expressed disappointment, saying, You were a reputed police officer — how did you fall for their false promises? Those who once stayed at the homes of extremists now claim to lead Punjab to peace?   Jakhar concluded with a sharp message for Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann: Tomorrow, the accountability will be yours, not Delhis. Govern Punjab for Punjabis, not as a sub-office of Kejriwals empire.
