CHENNAI: Rajini Makkal Mandram (RMM), a platform that superstar Rajinikanth activated early this year to facilitate the membership drive for the actor's yet-to-be-launched political party, has scoffed at rumours of internal troubles.There were rumours on Thursday morning that Rajinikanth had sacked RMM secretary Raju Mahalingam from the mandram over alleged irregularities in the membership drive and the appointment of office-bearers.
"These were mere rumours and what more can I say on that," he added, when asked what had led to the rumours.Sudhakar tweeted asking people not to believe rumours being spread on social media about Raju Mahalingam being sacked from the organisation.
