MADURAI: A 27-year-old policeman committed suicide by hanging at his house in a village near Usilampatti in Madurai district after his parents rejected his love affair.He was identified as V Sathish from Nakkalapatti village. He was in love with a girl from the same community. As all his efforts to convince his parents went in vain he decided to end his life. Meanwhile, the girl’s parents started looking for an alliance, which put pressure on Sathish.
