Stalin to leave for Delhi tomorrow to take up multiple issues with PM News Today

Chennai: Chief Minister M K Stalin will leave for New Delhi on Wednesday and meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday during which he is likely to take up multiple issues. According to sources in his first official visit to New Delhi after taking over as Chief Minister of Tamilnadu Stalin is likely to press for the abolition of NEET and repealing the three farm laws. Issues such as GST dues Central share of taxe and pending Central allocation for various development schemes will also be discussed sources said. Stalin will also visit the construction of DMK's office Arivalayam in Delhi it is learnt. Stalin who will take a special flight to Delhi on 16 June will return on 17 June sources added.

He will also request for more Covid vaccines. A memorandum containing around 20-25 demands is to be presented to the PM by the CM sources said and added that NEET is a key element of their manifesto. Issues such as GST dues Central share of taxe and pending Central allocation for various development schemes will also be discussed sources said. He is also likely to meet Congress leader Rahul Gandhi during his capital visit. Stalin will also visit the construction of DMKs office Arivalayam in Delhi it is learnt. Stalin who will take a special flight to Delhi on 16 June will return on 17 June sources added.
