Arulnathan, his wife, son, daughter and brother-in-law started to Kodaikanal on Monday night. Arulnathan was found clasping his son's leg.The bodies were shifted Periakulam Government Hospital, where postmortems were conducted.The bodies were taken to Chennai to carry out the final rites. Arulnathan did not know swimming, and both drowned.Forest personnel, who were informed about the incident, fished out the bodies.
