T.Nagar-Nungambakkam traffic diversions to kick in today

South Usman Road, New Boag road, 70 Feet road, Aranganathan subway or Madley road, Muthurangam Salai, New Boag road, 70 Feet road and Aranganathan subway. All vehicles coming from Chetpet Point towards Sterling Road will not be allowed take right turn at Sterling point will be diverted at Sterling Point – Left Turn – College Road – Haddows Road – Nungambakkam High Road - Valluvarkottam High Road - Wheat Croft Road - Sterling Road to reach their destination. As repair works at Madley and Nungambakkam subways have been planned, the city traffic police have announced diversions to be implemented from Monday. All Vehicles coming from Choolaimedu High Road towards Loyola Subway will be diverted at Choolaimedu Point - Namachivayapuram Bridge - Chari road – Harrinton Road – Right Turn - Harrington Subway – Chetpet Point – Right Turn - Sterling Point – Left Turn – College Road and reach their destination. A press release from Traffic Police said motorists travelling from West Mambalam towards T. Nagar can continue using the Madley subway and there is no change or diversion.

All Vehicles coming from Choolaimedu High Road towards Loyola Subway will be diverted at Choolaimedu Point - Namachivayapuram Bridge - Chari road – Harrinton Road – Right Turn - Harrington Subway – Chetpet Point – Right Turn - Sterling Point – Left Turn – College Road and reach their destination. All vehicles coming from Chetpet Point towards Sterling Road will not be allowed take right turn at Sterling point will be diverted at Sterling Point – Left Turn – College Road – Haddows Road – Nungambakkam High Road - Valluvarkottam High Road - Wheat Croft Road - Sterling Road to reach their destination. Nagar intended to reach West Mambalam should take route via. South Usman Road, New Boag road, 70 Feet road, Aranganathan subway or Madley road, Muthurangam Salai, New Boag road, 70 Feet road and Aranganathan subway.
