Rivals trying to politicize state's industrialization efforts: EPS

COIMBATORE: Chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami accused his political rivals of attempting to politicize the state government’s efforts to industrialize Tamil Nadu Addressing the gathering at the inauguration of Codissia Industrial Park in the city on Wednesday, EPS said certain politicians were creating troubles to achieve their own selfish motives.“As many as 304 industries have come forward to sign MoUs with the state government for investing Rs 3.4 lakh crore during the global investors meet (GIM). But they are attempting to politicize even that,’’ he said in a veiled attack on DMK president M K Stalin who had launched a scathing attack on the state government in the aftermath of the GIM.He appealed the industrialists to understand the difficulties in running the government. “There is so many difficulties in setting up even an industrial park.
