Sex abuse case won’t affect AIADMK vote bank: Pollachi V Jayaraman

“People of Pollachi and surrounding areas know my family for years and they know we won’t support any wrongdoings. He will start election campaign in Salem on Wednesday. Coimbatore: Assembly deputy speaker Pollachi V Jayaraman on Tuesday ruled out the possibility of Pollachi sexual harassment case affecting the AIADMK vote bank in the state and exuded confidence that the party and its alliance would win all the 40 seats, including Puducherry.Addressing the media at the city airport at night, Jayaraman said some political parties were dragging him and his family members into the case to tarnish their image. People of the state know the truth and they will be with the AIADMK always.”He also requested the media not to spread rumours in connection with the Pollachi sexual harassment case.When reported attempted meet chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami at the airport, he just smiled and walked away.
