14 injured as Kerala government bus falls off overbridge in Tamil Nadu

The bus fell off the overbridge and landed in a slanting position on the underpass. The accident happened around 2.30am.The injured, including two children, were rushed to Avinashi Government Hospital and a private hospital in Coimbatore.The Avinashi police registered a case. TIRUPUR: Fourteen people suffered injuries when a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation bus going to Bengaluru from Pathanamthitta fell off a road overbridge on the Kochi-Salem National Highway in Tamil Nadu's Tirupur district in the early hours of Sunday.There were 26 people in the bus. When it was passing through Avinashi, driver Jaison lost control of the vehicle.
