A man arrested for sexually assaulting a four-year old minor girl

The accused aged 25 worked as a construction worker sexually assaulted a four year minor girl on the night of September 17.
A construction worker was arrested on Monday for sexually harassing a four-year old minor girl in the city. The accused identified as Dinesh (25) is a native of Villupuram district. He visited Masakkaliplayam in Coimbatore few weeks ago for construction work and was staying at a rented room.
On the night of September 17, a group of children were playing near his house when deliberately took away a four year old girl to his room and sexually assaulted her, as per the police administration.
The parents of the minor lodged the complaint with all women police (east) at Ramanathapuram who then arrested Dinesh under section of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act it was later found that Dinesh is a repeated offender in a POSCO case last year.
