4-yr-old dies of dengue

Tirupur: A four-year-old girl from Boyampalayam in Tirupur district died of suspected dengue at the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital in Coimbatore on Thursday. And then, she was rushed to the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital, where she died on Thursday. It was the second dengue death in Tirupur district within the past three days. Diyasri, the daughter of Viswanathan and Siva Parvathi, was the resident of Palanisamy Nagar in Boyampalayam in the city. Since Sunday, she was ill and when their parents took her to a private hospital, the doctors confirmed that she was affected with dengue.
