CUTTACK: Tension prevailed in Cuttack after a group clash broke out between Jhola Sahi and Pithapur Nuasahi localities on Friday. In no time, the altercation between the youths turned violent and both the groups started pelting stones at each other. To ensure smooth Eid celebrations on Saturday, two platoons of police force have been deployed in the localities. Police said the two localities have a long-standing dispute.On Friday, some youths were making lighting arrangements on the road for Eid celebrations when few youths from Nuasahi opposed them.
