BHUBANESWAR: Rama Devi (RD) Women's University on Monday announced the results of the Plus III exams.Zoology student Sthitaprajna Nath Sharma of SB Women's (Degree) College in Cuttack was declared the best graduate for 2018.The university has 46 women's colleges affiliated to it since becoming a university in 2015.A total of 7,451 students from the arts, science and commerce streams appeared for the final year degree exams. Of them, 6,049 successfully cleared them. The overall pass percentage is 81.29.In the arts stream, 6,444 students took the exams in 15 different subjects and 5,174 passed. The pass percentage is 80.40.In science, 745 of 845 students passed the exam in seven subjects. The average pass percentage is 88.16.In the commerce stream, 130 of 162 students passed the exams. The pass percentage stood at 80.74.Aliva Aparajita Satapathy of SB Women's College topped the commerce stream. The arts stream has 15 subject toppers and science has six.Seventeen toppers belong to SB Women's College."Kamala Nehru Women's Degree College, Bhubaneswar, has three toppers," said Ajit Kar, controller of exams at the university.
