CUTTACK: For Dibakar Sahoo, a resident of Sutahat, the monsoon has turned into a nightmare. Commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation Bikash Mohapatra said 200 motor pumps had been deployed to drain out the water. My family has not eaten anything since the morning," said Sahoo, who runs a shop in the area.Most of Cuttack was under water on Tuesday. In the past one month, rainwater mixed with ditch water has entered his house thrice, forcing his family to shift to their relatives' place. Sutahat, Roxy Lane, Idgah Padia, Mahtab Road, Press Chhak, Khalasi Lane, Nandi Sahi, Pithapur, Badambadi, Tulasipur, Deula Sahi, Makarbag, Mehendipur, Pattapole, Professorpara, Stewertpatna and Odia Bazaar were hit badly.
