Cuttack goes under water

CUTTACK: For Dibakar Sahoo, a resident of Sutahat, the monsoon has turned into a nightmare. In the past one month, rainwater mixed with ditch water has entered his house thrice, forcing his family to shift to their relatives' place. Sutahat, Roxy Lane, Idgah Padia, Mahtab Road, Press Chhak, Khalasi Lane, Nandi Sahi, Pithapur, Badambadi, Tulasipur, Deula Sahi, Makarbag, Mehendipur, Pattapole, Professorpara, Stewertpatna and Odia Bazaar were hit badly.
