Cuttack: Barbeque Nation, Indias leading casual dining restaurant chain, announces the launch of its first outlet in Cuttack, Odisha. Spread over an area of 4,250 square feet, the grand new outlet is located at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Arcade, Dargah Bazaar. The new outlet was inaugurated by Padma Shri, D Prakash Rao, a tea vendor from Cuttak who is known for his contributions in the field of social work, especially providing education for underprivileged children, some of who were present with him at the launch. Foodies in Cuttack now stand a greater chance to experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbeques on live grills, embedded on the tables at the restaurant. The latest outlet, the 138th in the country, can seat and serve about 108 guests at a time. The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread. For starters, the non-vegetarians can indulge in the famous Malai Chicken, Angara Wings, Mutton Methi Seekh, Mahe Abe Hayat, Basil Oyester Prawns, Smokey Bbq Drumstick and much more, while vegetarians can feast into the mouth-watering Paneer Lajawab, Lemon Basil Mushroom, Thai Grilled Veg, Rice Pepper Roll With Sweet Chilli Sauce, French Fry, among others. The live counter offers Penne/Fussili Concasse, Penne/Fussili Pesto, Penne/Fussili Bechamel, Malpua, Pineapple Jalebi, Jalebi, Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Sev Puri, Papdi Chat, Dahi Bhalla, Appolo Fish, Chilli Chicken, Schezwan Chicken and more. The main-course offers a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to choose from, including Biryanis, Noodles, Indian breads and special curries. For the main course, vegetarians can delve onto Corn Spinach Augratin, Dal-E-Dum, Dal Palak, Malai Kofta, Veg Jalfrezi, Veg Hakka Noodles, Veg Manchurian, Parwal Bhaji, Banarasi Dum Aloo and Kabuli Biryani. Non-Vegetarians can enjoy the wide spread with Balti Murgh, Mutton Roganjosh, Maacher Kalia, Thai Basil Chicken, Chicken Dum Biryani, Egg Biryani, Patiala Egg Curry, ruling the menu offerings. To satiate the sweet tooth, the dessert menu comprises Walnut Brownie, Assorted Pastry to Angoori Gulab Jamun, Marvel Cake, and Kesari Phirnee. The wide range of Kulfis at the restaurants most famous Kulfi Nation counter will leave the guests salivating, where they can twist the kulfi by mixing various flavours into one and create diverse combinations.
