Bhubaneswar: State Cabinet has granted permission to allow workers to work 115 hours overtime in 3 months. Women workers can now be engaged in all small and large scale industries. Odisha government has finalised detail guidelines for their safety and security during night hours. Workers will get leaves after 180 days of work. This is informed by the Odisha Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy.
