CUTTACK: The Board of Secondary Education will announce results of the matriculation examination on April 26, said school and mass education minister Debi Mishra . The results will be announced at 9.30 am on April 26 at the board 's office here while the results will be available online at Board's website from 11.30 am onwards. Like previous year, no result booklets will be printed this year.Board's president Sushant Das said marksheets would be sent to the respective schools within 10 days of declaration of result. Last year, the results were published on April 27 but this time Board has managed to publish it a day earlier. Students can get their results by logging onto websites www.bseodisha.nic.in and www.bseodisha.ac.in. "Adequate steps have been taken to make the results error-free," said Das.Around 6,08,659 students in regular and ex-regular streams had appeared in the examinations at 2,887 centres across the state this year.The exams commenced on February 28 and concluded on March 10. The evaluation of answer sheets was done by more than 14,000 teachers at 60 centres.
