Officials claim that the proposal has not been given a green signal from the government as many teachers have raised objection to it citing poor network connectivity and little access to smartphones in remote areas.Speaking on conditions of anonymity, officials privy to the matter said that the proposal has been pending with the state government for seven months. “The app was developed in December and the proposal was sent to the education department for approval.
