Uttarakhand to witness heavy rains supposed in six districts including the capital till Thursday, due to which the IMD had issued a warning and alerted many departments related to disaster management and relief work. 

In Dehradun, the DM has instructed all the concerned departments to remain alert. Here, the conditions created due to rain in the mountains still remain the cause of difficulties. At least 30 connectivity routes are said to be obstructed, so the route from Mussoorie to Dehradun is also being affected again and again. Heavy rain warning has been issued in Nainital, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Pauri, and Tehri districts till Thursday. There may also be two rounds of heavy rain in and around Dehradun. Although the weather cleared after good rain in Dehradun on Wednesday morning and also in Haridwar. Here, normal rain is predicted in the areas of Kumaon and Garhwal, while there is a possibility of lightning in some places.

Roads are blocked by debris, especially in the hilly areas of the state, due to frequent rains, the closure or blockage of the roads remains a problem due to the debris. Due to heavy rock debris and boulders coming on the road on Badrinath Highway, the road was blocked near Bainkuli for about 3 hours on Tuesday.
