In fact, over 400 of the 1400 parents have already joined hands to support in this fight. We are active on social media to garner more support"There was a notice stuck outside the school gates stating, 'No fresh admission in class I and VI in the academic session 2017-18 commencing from April 1. Subject to decision by the KVS headquarters, accordingly things will be done. However, a decision is yet to be taken by KVS whether or not it can be converted. We also want the matter to be addressed expeditiously"It is learnt that if the school is converted from a project sector school under ICFRE to a civil sector school under KVS, the expenses of running it will be borne by the Central government. But, officials cite this also depends if FRI is willing to give the present infrastructure and land on lease to the KVS.Meanwhile, it is learnt by some alumni that the ministry of human resource development taking note of their pleas and pressure by some politicians, have also communicated with the ministry of environment and forest and climate change (MoEF) to help in sorting out the issue.
