NAINITAL: Uttarakahnd high court on Friday directed the vice-chancellor (VC) of Haridwar-based Uttarakahnd Sanskrit University to file his reply by October 3 on a petition alleging that he had forged his educational qualification documents while applying for the job.In his plea, the petitioner stated that VC Peeyush Kant Dixit, according to his educational certificates, had passed high school in 1975 at the age of 11 years and completed his 12th standard equivalent course from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University in 1977. Further, Dixit completed his graduation and post-graduation from the same university in 1979 and 1982 respectively and completed his PhD in 1990, said the petitioner.The petitioner questioned the VC’s aptitude of completing his school at the age of 13 and graduation at the age of 15 years.
