Young girls will now avail quality education with the efforts of this NGO

Quality education is a right of every individual, but not everyone is fortunate enough. Under difficult circumstances like lack of financial aid, pupils often have to leave their education midway.  Deepanjan Charitable Trust has taken a step to be a helping hand for such kids.

Quality education is a right of every individual, but not everyone is fortunate enough. Under difficult circumstances like lack of financial aid, pupils often have to leave their education midway. Dr Deepali Bhardwaj trustee of Deepanjan Charitable Trust empowers girl child who are school dropouts. Rinki is one of them who dropped out of school in 2014 while she was studying in 9th standard and her parents who are daily wagers could not afford her to go to school and made her work with them. After help, now she has registered with NIOS for 10th standard and will be giving her exams this October 2018 with the help of Dr.Deepali.

Similarly, Gungun who was found in night shelter by Lakshyam NGO founder is Miss Rashi Anand motivated by them and Dr Deepali assured that all payment for a year is being borne by the Trust for her too.

Dr Deepali Bhardwaj, Managing Director Centre for Skin & Hair Pvt. Ltd organized International Women’s Day on 9th March 2018 at her clinic. Her guests list for the programme included Pratibha Praladh, Alka Raghuvanshi, K P Vijaylaxmi, Parull Mahajan, Rashi Anand and many more.

Dr Deepali said that a lot of efforts and progress have been registered towards achieving gender equality, empowering women and elevating them politically, economically, socially and culturally. Further, she reiterated that it is time for action to end violence against women.

Pratibha Praladh in her speech highlighted the efforts and schemes by the government to empower women and motivated all present on empowering others by sharing some heart wrecking examples and real life stories of women she had met. KP Vijaylaxmi also asked everyone to join to transform the momentum into action to empower women in all settings, rural and urban and to celebrate the activists like Dr Deepali Bharwaj who are working relentlessly for women empowerment and their rights.  Further, she said she would salute the indomitable spirit, determination & dedication of this Nari Shakti.

Delhi Cantt Counsellor Priyanka Chaudhry gave examples on rural development of women and certain inter sting anecdotes to make the women present encouraged to keep empowering other women.

 Dr Anjan Prakash, former Addl. Medical Superintendent of RML thanked all to come and motivate with her words on this occasion. She highlighted that the Skin and Hair clinic is involved in so many social activities like treating acid victims, school dropouts girl child training etc. She thanked all the participants and appreciated to take out time from their busy schedule for a common cause.
