Is your sit-in authorised by Lieutenant Governor, Delhi HC asks Kejriwal

Apart from the two petitions, a separate plea was moved by Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta against the sit-in by Mr. Kejriwal at Lt. “Who authorised the strike/dharna,” the Bench asked the lawyers appearing for the Delhi government in the two matters. The observation came during the hearing of two petitions, one against Mr. Kejriwal’s sit-in and the other against the alleged strike by the IAS officers of the Delhi government. “If it is a strike or dharna, it has to be somewhere else,” the Bench comprising Justices A.K.
