Illegal arms factories unearthed

The Special Task Force of the Haryana Police has unearthed two illegal arms factories in Jind and Jhajjar districts. The accused have been identified as Deepak alias Golu, Vinod alias Khema, Dilbagh alias Baba and Sunil alias Angoor. Acting on a tip-off, two separate teams conducted raids at Vikas Nagar, Jind and at Bahrana in Jhajjar and arrested the accused. Four persons have been arrested in this connection and 35 countrymade weapons, including rifle, pistols, revolvers, a double-barrel shotgun, semi-finished arms and cartridges have been seized. While Deepak belongs to Delhi, the rest are all residents of Jhajjar.
