New Delhi: It was a rainy Friday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.2 degrees Celsius, the season’s average, said the Met Office. “The sky will remain mostly cloudy with chances of rainfall throughout the day in the National Capital Region (NCR),” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said. Thursday’s maximum temperature settled at 37.8 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.2 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season’s average. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 36 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 91 per cent.
