Noida: Man shows dead mother alive to pocket property worth Rs 285 croreSource: GISTA Mumbai-based man was arrested along with his wife and son for showing his dead mother alive to lay hand on property worth Rs 285 crore. The gift deed issued in the name of his dead mother declared that she was gifting her property to her grand children. Two associates of the man who signed on the fake gift deed have also been arrested. The man tried to get the property transferred to the name of his sons by making a fake gift deed days after his mother had passed away.
