ND Tiwar’s son Rohit Shekar murder case: Crime Branch arrests wife Apoorva Shukla

The Delhi Crime Branch probing the murder of ND Tiwari’s son Rohit Shekhar on Wednesday arrested his wife Apoorva Shukla. While it was initially believed to be a case of natural death, doctors from AIIMS had raised red flags, following which a murder case was registered. Apoorva maintained that she saw Rohit between 1 am and 2 am on April 16, and then left to sleep in a separate room. Police claimed that the arrest was made after they found concrete evidence against Shukla. On Monday, she was questioned for 10 hours after a domestic help and an official who earlier worked with ND Tiwari claimed that Rohit had an argument on a video call with her hours before his death.
