95% residents happy with free-ride scheme: Survey

According to a survey, 95 per cent residents are happy with the scheme and are waiting for its implementation. On June 7, the Chief Minister had discussed the proposal with public representatives and had asked them to reach out to people and get a feedback. He asked them to hold, at least, 1,000 meetings and submit the report within a week.
