Water supply to be hit in some areas on October 15

New Delhi: The Delhi Jal Board on Sunday issued an advisory that water services will not be available in some areas of Delhi from 15 October to 16 October, due to the shutdown of NasirpurMain. "Due to shutdown of Nasirpur Main from Command Tank-1, Dwarka for fixing of sluice valve of 800 mm dia, water supply will not be available from 6 p.m. on October 15 to 6 p.m. on Ocotber 16," said a statement by the Jal Board. Areas of F&D Block Mahavir Enclave, Manglapuri Phase-I & II, Manglapuri Village, Shah Nagar, Sarai Sole, Nasirpur Village, Harijan Basti Nasirpur, Kailashpuri Extn, DDA Pocket and Society Pocket Sector-1A Dwarka, Mahavir Enclave part-I, Vijay Enclave, Tamil Enclave, Bengali Colony etc and adjoining areas will be affected.
