High alert in Ghaziabad after intel inputs on Fidayeen attack

Ghaziabad: Amid warning issued by intelligence agencies of Fidayeen attack in Uttar Pradesh, there is a high alert in Ghaziabad district with Barricading outside all the 17 police stations and cops leaving no page unturned to maintain security in the district. As a result, there is barricade outside all the police stations in the district and people are being thoroughly checked before entering thepremises. This comes after the central intelligence agencies received input of Fidayeen attack in Delhi-NCR region. Inputs were also received that five suspicious terrorist have also sneaked into Delhi to commit a major terrorist attack. We have got information that terrorist may attack any of the police station of the district.

Ghaziabad: Amid warning issued by intelligence agencies of Fidayeen attack in Uttar Pradesh, there is a high alert in Ghaziabad district with Barricading outside all the 17 police stations and cops leaving no page unturned to maintain security in the district. As a precautionary measure, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ghaizbad has given directions to all the SHOs and Circle Officers to pursue checking operations at all the suspected hotspots and make sure that there is no entry of four wheeler and two wheelers inside the police station premises. As a result, there is barricade outside all the police stations in the district and people are being thoroughly checked before entering the premises. Also cops have been deployed with modern weapons including AK-47 and INSAS rifles. Apart from this, the warehouses located at various police stations have been checked while the defunct weapons are being serviced in order to make sure that they are working properly. This comes after the central intelligence agencies received input of Fidayeen attack in Delhi-NCR region. Inputs were also received that five suspicious terrorist have also sneaked into Delhi to commit a major terrorist attack. "Police have stepped up security at all the entry/exit points of the district. We have got information that terrorist may attack any of the police station of the district. All the police station areas have been given direction to keep a watch on any suspicious person," said Dr. Manish Kumar Mishra, Superintendent of Police (city), Ghaziabad adding that, for the next few days, reporters working with recognised news agencies will only be allowed to attend press conference held by police.
